Delivery & Couriers: Due to ever changing worldwide fuel prices and shipping delays we cannot guarantee orders will be received by set dates and there will not be delays that are out of our control. We ask you plan ahead and order well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Refunds / Exchange Policy: We charge a 50% fee on any items approved for a refund. This is to cover transaction fees, warehouse fees, admin & checking fees and so on. Refunds are not issued for change of mind or incorrect item ordered. Notification details of item defect, along with photo evidence and a clear explanation of the issue must be submitted immediately after receipt of your items. All items must be unused, untampered with and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouses.  We do not exchange products and items.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If any attempt is made to cancel before delivery, we are unable to approve refunds as the order has already been shipped and courier fees have been paid instantaneously.

Delivery: Orders marked as "delivered" are treated as delivered. We take no responsibility for parcels that are not collected, lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Custom Products: It is understood that all items are custom made and may vary slightly in colour, sizing, materials and so on.

Processing Time: As a small family business, our processes may take several weeks while we review details and payments accurately. We appreciate your patience in that event and value your feedback and individual experience. 

Policy Priority: This policy overrides any contradictory information elsewhere on the site, including any autogenerated Terms & Conditions from third party platforms, third-party content, or any payment-provider information. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by our policies, Terms & Conditions as stated herein.
